Run your launch

Before opening to shoppers, work through the launch checklist. Keep QueueFront’s live room view available to the person responsible for the event.

A saved draft and a live room are different states. After publishing, inspect the room’s result and any pending or recovery notice. Follow the action shown for that room; do not assume a saved schedule means every part of protection is active.

  • The room’s current state and schedule.
  • Waiting shoppers and active admissions.
  • Inventory or capacity warnings.
  • Publication/recovery messages and plan usage.

Keep the shopper experience open in a separate test session. If a shopper reports a problem, record when it occurred and the message they saw; do not ask for their admission token or session secrets.

An active room offers Pause waiting room. A paused room offers Resume waiting room. Use these controls for the intended operational change and verify the resulting state.

Pausing is not deleting the room, uninstalling QueueFront, removing its theme embed, or resetting its usage. Do not treat it as a universal switch that removes checkout protection.

If the app shows a pending publication or a specific recovery action, use that flow and check the result. Creating another room can complicate the protected scope. If recovery repeats or the displayed state remains unclear, collect the room name, timestamp, and visible error for support.

Open the room’s operational controls. Use End waiting room for an active, paused, sold-out, or bypassed room; use Cancel waiting room for a draft, scheduled room, or pre-queue. Review the confirmation before continuing. These actions change shopper access immediately. Confirm its final state and inspect retained history and usage. Review what shoppers encountered before copying the configuration for the next release.

See live monitoring and room controls for state-specific open, admit, pause, resume, sold-out, end, cancel, and emergency actions. Review Analytics afterward and record any unavailable or recovering history as a limitation.
