Review subscribers and consent
Open Waiting Lists → Subscribers for all lists, or a list’s signup count to inspect that list. Subscriber contact details belong in the authenticated app, not in public screenshots.
Inspect a signup
Section titled “Inspect a signup”- Choose Email or SMS. An empty SMS view does not mean email subscriptions are missing.
- Check whether the view is filtered to one waiting list. Use All waiting lists to widen it.
- Find the relevant contact and read its status.
- Expand View consent history to inspect Joined, Consent recorded, Confirmed, Unsubscribed, Last notification, Consent version, and Signup source.
- Use Next page or First page as needed. Dates use your store’s timezone.
What the statuses mean
Section titled “What the statuses mean”| Status | Meaning and next step |
|---|---|
| Subscribed | A current subscription; sending still depends on the list, trigger, sender, and other eligibility checks |
| Awaiting confirmation | The required email confirmation is incomplete |
| Confirmation expired | Use a fresh shopper signup flow if the shopper still wants the update |
| Notified | The notification was recorded; do not treat this as proof it was read |
| Unsubscribed | The shopper opted out; do not force them back into the audience |
| Email bounced | Delivery failed; investigate the address/result rather than repeatedly resending |
| Spam complaint | The recipient reported the message; respect the suppression |
| Suppressed | Sending is blocked for this contact under the applicable suppression rules |
| Email removed | The contact value is no longer available; retained status/evidence is separate |
Why is a signup not being notified?
Section titled “Why is a signup not being notified?”Check all of these: correct channel and list, confirmation requirement, published list state, sender verification, sending preference, active availability/opening condition, previous notification, and allowance. Notify now only targets eligible subscribers who have not already received that notification.
What does this screen let me change?
Section titled “What does this screen let me change?”This is a review screen for contact and consent history. It is not a bulk-import, export, or manual re-subscribe tool. Do not infer consent from a contact simply being present. Shoppers use the provided opt-out path or a fresh explicit signup to change their subscription intent.
