Read Analytics and results

Open Analytics and choose Overview, Waiting rooms, Waiting lists, or SMS & calls. Open a room’s analytics for a narrower view; use View all waiting rooms to return.

Metric What to take from it
Queue joins Recorded entries into the room, not completed purchases
Admitted Shoppers admitted through the recorded flow
Protected orders Orders associated with the protected journey
Admission conversion The reported relationship between admissions and protected orders
Checkout blocks Only interpret a number when tracked; Not tracked is not zero
Abandoned / Access expired Different shopper outcomes, not necessarily a technical failure
Sold-out views / Token failures Signals to review alongside room state and shopper reports

Use Protected customer journey, room comparisons, and the room list to understand where activity changed. Follow pagination where offered. Compare like scopes and available history; do not combine a room-specific view with all-store figures as if they cover the same data.

Review Active lists, Total signups, Confirmed, Notified, and Clicked. Signup, confirmation, dispatch, and click are different events. A click does not prove a purchase, and Notified does not prove inbox placement or reading.

Use the subscriber view for an individual consent/state question. Analytics is the aggregate performance view.

SMS & calls is meaningful only when those services are active. Accepted, Delivered, Handoff unknown, and Failed are different delivery outcomes. A provider accepting a request is not confirmed handset delivery. Review credits and forwarding usage against the current terms; estimated variable usage is not itself a final invoice.

A dash means unknown, not zero. Older room results may be unavailable; completed rooms may show a recovery notice while final results are being recovered. Totals include the available history and may be incomplete. Record that limitation when assessing a launch.

Clear recorded analytics — only when intended

Section titled “Clear recorded analytics — only when intended”

This permanently removes recorded dashboard metrics and cannot be undone. It does not reset plan usage, stop rooms, or delete all store data.

  1. Open Overview → Analytics data.
  2. Choose Clear analytics data and read the scope in the dialog.
  3. If removal is intended, type CLEAR and confirm. Otherwise choose Keep analytics.
  4. Check the resulting message.

Live counters, waiting rooms, protection, waiting-list/telecom usage ledgers, checkout/admission evidence, privacy reports, and security/audit logs are kept. Do not use this control to process a shopper deletion request or to recover plan allowance.
