Store settings, privacy, and support

Open Settings for store-level configuration. Check Store, Domain, Timezone, Currency, and App access so you know which Shopify store you are managing.

  1. Expand Waiting-list replies.
  2. Enter a monitored Reply-to address. A suggested Shopify contact address is not saved until you confirm it.
  3. Choose Save reply address or Update reply address.
  4. Reopen the section and confirm the saved value.

For verification, custom sending domains, confirmation preferences, previews, and test messages, use Email sender.

Under Setup and support, open Waiting-room setup. Review theme, checkout, and operating checks, complete the relevant tasks, and run the available recheck. A previously complete setup can need attention after the theme or configuration changes.

Open Troubleshooting to distinguish Passing, Review, and Action needed. Follow the specific next action, then verify again. Technical details contains the shop domain, timezone, configuration version, and recent-room details useful to support.

An all-checks-pass summary does not replace a real shopper test. Development-only inventory tools, when present in a specially configured test environment, are not part of ordinary production setup.

  1. Open Settings → Setup and support → Privacy and trust.
  2. Review Completed, Pending, Failed, and Reports available.
  3. Inspect Authenticated delivery history for request type, status, received time, and evidence.
  4. Use Download encrypted report only when an authorized report is available and you have a legitimate reason to access it.
  5. Contact privacy support about a failed/pending request or report-access problem; include the request reference and error, not the report’s personal contents.

An empty history means no authenticated lifecycle request has been processed. It does not mean the store has no data. The page is a record of request processing, not a general “delete all” control. Report availability and subscriber opt-out are separate from broader retention obligations.

Uninstall is different from pausing a room or removing a theme block. QueueFront’s uninstall handling removes app sessions, cancels active rooms, and ends published edge rooms. Shopify lifecycle processing and retained receipts are separate from immediately erasing every record. Coordinate an uninstall around active launches and confirm the storefront outcome; do not reinstall to try to reset usage.

Include the store domain, room/list name, time and timezone, expected result, actual result, and a redacted screenshot. Never send passwords, access tokens, private admission links, or subscriber exports in an ordinary support request.

For a protection emergency, see room and global bypass controls. A global setting affects every published room.
