Plans and usage
Use Your plan and usage in QueueFront for your store’s current terms and allowance. Review offered plans through Shopify; the terms shown for your store are the decision point.
Read the different limits
Section titled “Read the different limits”| Item | What to review |
|---|---|
| Launches | Remaining capacity to publish the launches you intend to run |
| Shopper entries | Per-launch and monthly entry allowances |
| Shopper-hours | The monthly active-waiting-time allowance |
| Emails | Remaining notification allowance |
| Simultaneous rooms | How many rooms the plan allows at once |
| Schedule duration | The permitted length, including pre-queue time |
The current public offer caps a launch at 72 hours including pre-queue. Scale requires a launch-readiness review. Confirm the current offer and your store’s terms before planning an event around those limits.
Used and reserved are different
Section titled “Used and reserved are different”A published operation can reserve capacity before all final usage is known. Review both used and reserved values. Do not assume that an unfinished or cancelled action immediately returns every unit, or that a plan change erases existing usage.
If figures look wrong, include the store, room/list name, time, and visible values in a support request. Do not repeatedly publish new tests to probe the limit.
Review a plan change
Section titled “Review a plan change”Open the plan comparison from Settings, review the Shopify-hosted terms, and approve only the plan you want. Leaving the selector with Back is different from confirming a change. Verify the resulting plan in QueueFront after returning.
Development-store testing
Section titled “Development-store testing”Only rely on free testing when Shopify explicitly labels the offered plan Free to test. That is not a promise that the same terms apply after the store goes live. Free testing also does not mean unlimited launches or a usage reset.
Next: prepare a bounded test.
